Post Construction Cleaning

We provide all aspects of cleaning, including cleaning of high dust, millwork, and different types of glass (including perimeter windows or office fronts/sidelites). We also provide restoration and refinishing of resilient flooring and cleaning and polishing of stainless steel. Our fully certified teams are one of the best in the business, always fulfilling our client’s needs and demands to its fullest.

Site Disinfection & Decontamination

Our team is trained in doing full site disinfecting using hospital grade disinfectant, making your working environment safe and clean within 24 hours while avoiding delays to your daily operations.

General Labour

Our fully certified labour workers can organize and consolidate job sites, perform any minor demo that might be required, apply protection on all finished products throughout construction, clean/maintain sites to MOL standards and assist all site super’s needs.

Raised Floor Cleaning

With over 1 million sqft completed to date, from 20,000 sqft to 500,000 sqft, no job is too big or small. Garbage Disposal

our team follows all procedures implemented by property management for the pick-up of all garbage, leaving no trace of the removal. We clean all common areas that might have been affected by the removal of the debris and provide protection on finished areas to avoid damage if needed.

Hardwood flooring

Our hardwood flooring specialists have 40+ years of experience in this field, using traditional methods along with new modernized technology. We provide custom designs on installation of hardwood, sanding, and re-finishing of new or existing hardwood floors. We capitalize on newly installed wooden staircases to existing vintage staircases, regardless of the species of wood.

Floor Grinding and Polishing

Our concrete re-finishing specialists have 30+ years of experience working on various sizes of projects from grinding and polishing newly installed concrete to re-finishing and polishing existing concrete. We restore and repolish any natural stone materials, bringing back the natural beauty of stone to life, using new modernized methods and equipment on various job site conditions to limit the amount of dust exposure.
